• 10+ years in client delivery, implementations, or professional services
• Proven success leading complex client implementations and delivery portfolios

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior delivery leader for client portfolios and align strategies with business objectives
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent engagements
• Lead and develop teams of PMs, BAs, and delivery resources
• Establish and maintain delivery governance and escalation paths
• Guide clients and internal teams through delivery trade-offs and scope decisions
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and implement scalable solutions
• Own portfolio financial performance including P&L, margins, and revenue
