Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Project Manager Associate to support external clients through the project implementation and software development lifecycle. You will manage client statements of work, facilitate requirements analysis and design, baselining plans, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

You will track financial status, ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries, manage changes, mitigate risk, and coordinate resources. The role emphasizes strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio).
• Experience with NetSuite or OpenAir is a plus.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, CAPM, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
• Six Sigma or Lean process improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project deliverables to plan, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and meet client satisfaction.
• Maintain project financials at or below budget based on client-approved assessments.
• Deliver project timelines on time or ahead of schedule according to plan.
• Manage resources effectively through timely, accurate bookings and coordination of work product delivery.
• Assess, communicate, and manage changes to project scope for client approval.
• Track and achieve productivity, utilization, and margin metrics within established company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of resourcing, task management, bookings, time tracking, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and other project details in the project management system.
• Meet established KPIs in alignment with project management requirements.
