Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining financial reporting and data aggregation platforms
• Analyzing and explaining portfolio performance results
• Performing account level reconciliations and resolving data issues
• Reviewing private equity and hedge fund statements for accuracy
• Partnering with clients and internal teams to resolve reporting issues
• Assisting with client onboarding, account setup, training, and support
• Setting up and maintaining financial accounts, assets, classifications, and data feeds
• Creating custom reports based on client needs
• Helping improve processes, controls, and operational workflows
• Leading and developing a team of client-facing analysts and associates
• Coaching team members through complex client issues
• Prioritizing team workflows and ensuring high quality execution
• Partnering with senior management on process improvement projects
