Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Sr. Professional, Client Delivery to analyze complex business processes and design system solutions across multiple projects.

You will mentor junior analysts, oversee Workforce Management, Capacity and Forecasting, and drive end-to-end implementations that improve efficiency. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system design, documentation, testing, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Matrix or other MLS products.
• Experience in real estate or adjacent industries is a plus.
