Job summary

Cotality is hiring for a Professional, Client Account Services role to bridge client requests with internal teams and to configure Cotality applications to fit client workflows. Excellent communication and problem solving are essential for success in this role.

You will manage end-to-end troubleshooting, gather business needs, and lead cross‑functional projects to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions for clients in the property tech space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years working experience in product implementation, technical or client support role.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to parse client requests.
• Technical project management/coordination skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Understanding client business needs and communicating issues clearly.
• Familiarity with real estate concepts is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or programming language.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Liaison translating client needs for internal teams.
• Configure and fine-tune Cotality applications to client workflows.
• Manage expectations and provide clear updates on issues.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate internal resources to fix them.
• Gather business needs and convert to technical specs for developers.
• Own end‑to‑end troubleshooting from problem to resolution.
• Perform ongoing configurations and updates as clients' systems evolve.
• Lead application change projects using project management frameworks.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans before issues arise.
• Coordinate with Account Management, DBA, Product, and System Engineering.
