You will partner with client service leaders to ensure flexibility and scalability, develop recommendations from structured data, lead change initiatives, and deliver training to increase efficiency and the overall client experience.

This role is part of the client services leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years in talent solutions or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ROI focus.
• Experience with ATS and social media recruiting tools; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Hardwire best practices and optimize accounts and delivery analytics.
• Consult with client service leaders for resource allocation.
