Job summary

RRD is seeking a Sr. Manager - Client Accounts to lead operations across national or multi-service offerings. The role focuses on service delivery, cost-to-serve optimization, and continuous improvement while growing the client account team.

You will drive client satisfaction through leadership of people, processes, and data reporting, ensuring SLAs are met and operations stay within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years leadership in a customer service environment.
• Experience delivering multi-service solutions for clients.
• Minimum 4 years financial management with P&L impact.
• Strong communication and client service mindset.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operations to meet client needs and employee considerations.
• Lead client account teams and manage full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure policy, SLAs and quality standards are met with action when needed.
• Communicate regularly with employees; hold team and 1:1 meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven reporting for clients.
• Review monthly P&L, labor allocations, and billing processes.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and headcount based on volumes.
