Qualifications

• Proven track record of improving client, service or contract performance.
• Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach.
• Experience delivering and managing complex or multi-service solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operation(s) to ensure contract and client needs are met.
• People Leadership – develop a high-functioning client team.
• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and quality expectations; address issues as needed.
