Qualifications

• 3+ years’ account management or client relations experience required.
• Experience with renewals, contracts, or service agreements preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in client-facing verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Dedication to hospitality and client satisfaction.
• Experience with CRM software and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage service needs.
• Maintain understanding of client objectives, calendars, and requirements.
• Own and manage a full book of business with timely execution.
• Conduct annual calibration calls to align on expectations and needs.
• Resolve high-level client and order issues with sound judgment.
• Maintain accurate client and contract records in the CRM.
• Track and manage renewal lifecycles and forecast pipeline.
• Identify retention risks and escalate appropriately.
• Lead onboarding projects for new clients and updates to offerings.
• Document expansion opportunities in the CRM and coordinate follow-through.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with leadership.
