Job summary

Paradigm, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Client Success Manager to support complex client relationships, lead onboarding efforts, and help higher education clients maximize value from Paradigm’s products and services.

You will work with clients, internal teams, and Client Relations leadership to identify risks early, strengthen engagement, and improve processes that support long-term client success and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client success, account management, or client relations.
• Experience managing complex enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM required.

Responsibilities

• Own complex client relationships needing senior-level support.
• Develop client success plans, stakeholder maps, and engagement strategies.
• Lead strategic client check-ins, business reviews, and high-level conversations.
• Monitor health indicators and renewal signals to identify risk early.
• Create client recovery plans with defined owners and timelines.
• Lead onboarding initiatives including product expansion onboarding.
• Mentor junior and mid-level account managers on onboarding and communications.
