Choice Insurance, a Vizance Company, is seeking a Client Account Executive - Personal Lines to manage marketing, sales, service and quality standards for a defined client book in Fargo, ND. The role serves as the primary contact after onboarding from the Insurance Advisor and emphasizes a people-first approach with proactive client service.

You will work on-site full time in Fargo, collaborating with Life Benefits and Commercial Lines teams to address client needs, explain coverages, and process

Qualifications

• 4-year Degree in related field or 6 years combined education/financial experience.
• Current Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health Licensing.
• Relates Insurance Designations (i.e. CISR, CIC, CPCU) preferred.
• Ability to lead capacity for one or more functional areas.
• Lead and develop client account teams.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualifies prospects’ coverage needs and prepares quotes to sell new accounts.
• Manages renewals, remarkets, and ensures coverage adequacy for clients.
• Educates clients on coverages and assists with claims and policy changes.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships and schedules client visits.
