Job summary

Choice Insurance, a Vizance Company, seeks a Client Account Executive - Personal Lines to manage marketing, sales, service and quality standards for a designated client base. You will act as the primary contact after the transfer from the Insurance Advisor, delivering prompt, knowledgeable service while supporting the advisor and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role is full-time and on site in Fargo, ND, requiring a 4-year degree and current P&C or Life & Health licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or higher is required.
• Current P&C and/or Life & Health licenses are preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills demanded.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualifies and analyzes prospects’ coverage needs, recommends coverages and prepares quotes.
• Solicits additional coverage to grow client accounts and addresses service requests.
• Manages renewals, remarkets and policy changes for assigned book of business.
• Explains coverage, exclusions and policy changes to clients and documents actions.
• Works with Insurance Advisor to plan client visits and coordinate services.
