Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) within the Intelligence Community market in Columbia, MD. This role partners with program leadership to recruit highly cleared technical professionals, including TS/SCI with Polygraph.

You will manage full life cycle recruiting across multiple IC programs, develop targeted sourcing strategies for software, cyber, AI/ML, DevOps, and cloud disciplines, and build pipelines with Fort Meade-area

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8–12 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience widely preferred.
• Experience recruiting technical professionals within IC/DoD or national security markets.
• Experience sourcing TS/SCI with polygraphs, ideally in the Fort Meade market.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across multiple IC programs from intake to onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for cleared technical talent (software, cyber, AI/ML, systems, DevOps, cloud, SIGINT).
• Build pipelines and relationships with passive candidates in the Fort Meade/IC market.
