Leidos is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the Cyber & Analytics Business Area in Columbia, MD. The role partners with program leadership to recruit highly skilled technical professionals, including TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

The ideal candidate will manage full life cycle recruiting, build pipelines for cleared talent, and deliver strategic sourcing across software, cyber, AI/ML, and related disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
Experience recruiting technical professionals within the Intelligence Community, DoD, or National Security market.
Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates with TS/SCI and polygraphs, preferably within the Fort Meade market.
Full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and onboarding.
Ability to build and maintain networks and pipelines of highly qualified passive candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle recruiting across multiple IC programs, from intake to onboarding.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for cleared technical talent (software, cyber, AI/ML, systems, DevOps, cloud).
Engage TS/SCI and polygraph-cleared candidates via ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
Partner with Program Managers and hiring leaders to translate requirements into recruiting actions.
Build pipelines and relationships with passive candidates in the Fort Meade market.
Manage multiple requisitions and provide timely pipeline updates and market intelligence.
Support new business, capture, and program growth by staffing ahead of contract requirements.
