Job summary

Leidos in Columbia, MD, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the Cyber & Analytics Business Area within the Intelligence Community market, focusing on TS/SCI with Polygraph cleared candidates.

You will manage full life cycle recruiting across IC programs, build pipelines, and partner with program leadership to develop sourcing strategies for software, cyber, AI/ML, systems engineering, DevOps, cloud, and related disciplines in a fast-paced, highly cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8–12 years recruiting/talent acquisition preferred.
• Experience recruiting technical professionals in IC/DoD/National Security.
• Experience sourcing TS/SCI with polygraph cleared candidates, preferably Fort Meade.
• Strong full life cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and onboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting across IC programs.
• Develop targeted sourcing plans for highly cleared technical talent.
• Identify TS/SCI and polygraph-cleared candidates using multiple channels.
• Partner with program managers to translate requirements into recruiting strategies.
• Build pipelines and long-term relationships with passive candidates.
• Handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Support business growth through staffing strategy and proposals.
