Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Senior Clean Energy Project Implementation Manager to lead planning and delivery of EV charging, solar, and battery storage projects. You will own projects from feasibility through handoff to operations, coordinating internal teams and external partners with a high degree of independence.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a strong engineering or business background, and the ability to travel to sites regularly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant project experience leading clean energy or EV infrastructure deployments, including DC fast charging, solar, and storage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of clean energy and EV charging infrastructure projects across the portfolio, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility analyses for EV charging (including DC Fast Charging), solar PV, storage, and other technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for EV and clean energy infrastructure and support broader initiatives.
• Oversee vendor, contractor, and supplier relationships, providing guidance and oversight.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and regularly communicate updates to leadership.
• Manage utility interconnection processes where applicable.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and risks; identify cost-saving opportunities and incentives.
• Ensure safety, codes, and regulatory compliance.
