Job summary

PowerFlex is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering activities for solar, storage, and EVSE projects. The role covers both behind-the-meter and front-of-meter opportunities, from due diligence to construction and closeout, with a focus on cost-effective, feasible solutions.

The successful candidate will manage engineering scopes, coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, and ensure high-quality design across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or STEM equivalent).
• 4+ years in Solar or BESS design/project engineering.
• Experience with medium/high voltage equipment.
• EVSE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering scope from notice to proceed through construction and close out.
• Manage compliance with EPC, PPA, Leases, and Interconnection Agreements.
