You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigation handling and settlement guidance, while working remotely in a US-based role. Responsibilities include overseeing investigations, directing workflows, mentoring staff, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Monitors goals and targets for staff and ensures department goals are met.
