Holman Enterprises in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks a Senior Claims Advocate to lead strategic claims support and advocacy for complex, high-exposure claims. You will manage reserves, review loss trends, and influence outcomes with carriers, clients, and internal teams.

You will mentor Claims Advocates, present quarterly reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce total cost of risk while delivering actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance claims or claims advocacy experience.
• Strong understanding of claims handling, reserving, and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy and resolution of complex, high-exposure, and multi-line claims.
• Serve as the primary advocate for clients with carriers, influencing reserves and coverage positions.
• Direct claim strategy and engagement with adjusters, setting expectations and driving timely progression.
• Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of risk through strategic oversight and resolution.
• Lead quarterly claims reviews with advanced trend analysis and large loss evaluation.
• Present reviews to clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and develop Claims Advocates and support client delivery.
• Collaborate with carrier leadership, legal partners, and internal teams to resolve challenging claims.
