Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial claims.
• Property/Casualty License preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Experience in calendaring, spreadsheets and data management, organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Ability to present complicated information both verbally and in written form.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients when claims arise, providing guidance and responsive support throughout the claims process.
• Lead the intake and review of reported claims, confirming coverage, coordinating required documentation, completing forms, and facilitating timely reporting to insurers.
• Partner with clients, carriers, Claims, and Service Teams to manage first-party claims through resolution and support an effective adjustment process.
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed of claim developments, including coverage decisions, requests for additional information, denials, acceptances, and Reservation of Rights letters.
• Coordinate and maintain comprehensive claim information, ensuring decisions, correspondence, reports, and discussions are accurately documented.
