Arch Insurance Group Inc. in Philadelphia seeks a senior claims professional to lead strategy and resolution of our most complex coverage matters, including high-exposure disputes and multi-district actions.

You will advise senior leaders, drive best practices across lines, and partner with Claims, Underwriting, Legal, and the Technical Claims Office. This hybrid role requires JD, 10+ years of experience, and strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with availability for business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an attorney or claims professional with complex coverage expertise.
• Ability to influence claim executives and senior stakeholders.
• Capable of operating in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and prioritization.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize facts and make crisp recommendations.
• Collaborative, independent and able to lead through influence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office weekly and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end strategy for complex coverage issues and litigation matters, including investigations and reserve planning.
• Drive litigation management in complex settlements.
• Prepare executive reporting and lead discussions with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical leader on insurance claim trends and regulatory alignment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen complex-claims capability and operating discipline.
• Partner with Claims, Underwriting, Legal, and the Technical Claims Office to align priorities and decision frameworks.
