Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a Technical Claims Specialist to investigate, evaluate, and disposition complex Unit Auto and General Liability claims of moderate to high exposure. You will assess coverage, liability, and damages, coordinating with defense and coverage counsel as well as environmental consultants.

The role requires 4–5 years of related claims experience, a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills to work with branches and HO teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience is required.
• 4-5 years of related claims experience is typical.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage complex environmental claims from notice through resolution.
• Analyze policy language, coverage issues, exclusions, conditions, and applicable environmental liability provisions.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, coverage counsel, environmental consultants, and other specialists.
• Investigates claims to determine whether coverage is provided, establish liability and verify damages, and recommend resolution strategy to management.
• Works with outside defense counsel to manage litigated files following protocols.
