The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Senior Claims Process Improvement Specialist to lead high-impact initiatives across Claims operations in a remote work setting. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver measurable business results.

A strong emphasis on data-driven insights, change management, and training development will be expected as you drive strategic improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum 4 years of claim handling experience.
Experience in process improvement including evaluating, documenting and implementing improvements.
Ability to lead vendors and Claims teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale claims process-improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Analyze data to identify root causes and quantify benefits.
Develop change-management and training plans for system upgrades.
Document workflows and business requirements; track project timelines.
