Qualifications

• Complete ACG Claim Representative Training or equivalent knowledge.
• Eligible to acquire a State Adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire.
• Driver’s license required if in-person inspections are part of the role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Review claims and initiate handling activities with accuracy.
• Gather information from insureds and parties to set expectations.
• Document activity in the claims system and maintain records.
• Analyze coverage, assess policy benefits, and determine payouts.
• Negotiate settlements and manage sub-claims and referrals.
• Investigate complex cases and ensure regulatory compliance.
