The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Claims Manager in Missouri to lead the end-to-end claims process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a client-focused approach. You will evaluate, manage, and resolve claims while collaborating with clients and carriers.

This role requires strong analytical skills, deep policy knowledge, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, with emphasis on timely settlements, rigorous records, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in claims management.
• Strong knowledge of property, auto, GL, and workers' comp.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with clients and carriers.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the claims process autonomously from initiation to resolution.
• Assess claims across property, commercial auto, GL, and workers’ compensation.
• Ensure accurate settlements, using legal reviews as needed.
• Facilitate client meetings, claim reviews, and vendor interactions.
• Monitor statuses, develop action plans, and set reserves.
• Analyze reserves and negotiate adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Provide expert claims support through review, research, negotiation, and processing.
• Maintain accurate records by inputting data into the agency management system.
• Collaborate with the Risk Manager to identify trends and mitigation strategies.
• Assist with additional projects, showing flexibility and teamwork.
