Qualifications

• Proven experience in claims management, ideally in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of property, commercial auto, GL, and workers’ comp.
• Analytical, proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and carriers.
• Experience with agency management systems and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end claims process from initiation to resolution.
• Assess claims in property, commercial auto, GL, and workers’ comp.
• Utilize legal reviews and investigations as needed.
• Lead client meetings, claim reviews, and vendor communications.
• Monitor statuses, develop action plans, and establish reserves.
• Proactively analyze reserves and negotiate adjustments.
• Provide expert claims support through review, research, and negotiation.
• Maintain accurate claim data in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with Risk Manager to identify trends.
• Support additional projects as needed.
