Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group seeks a Claims Department Manager to lead day-to-day operations, supervise claims staff, and drive performance and compliance across the claims function. You’ll partner with the Director of Claims to identify needs, implement improvements, and ensure timely, accurate processing of claims with strong client and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years of proven health insurance claims operations experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing supervisors and multiple operational teams.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, procedure codes, and healthcare claims processing practices preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Experience with claims administration systems and workflow tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in operational planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation to support Claims Department objectives.
• Oversee preparation, analysis, and distribution of operational, client, regulatory and management reports.
• Monitor payment accuracy, quality, productivity, inventory, turnaround times, and service levels; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure policies, procedures, workflows, and controls are consistently applied and updated.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate department workflows and projects assigned by leadership.
• Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate direct reports for development and accountability.
