Job summary

Progressive is seeking a claims specialist to play a critical role in resolving large-loss injury claims valued over $60k. You’ll investigate intricate, high-risk cases and consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others to determine coverage, liability and total claim value.

This is a hybrid role; you’ll report to the office about four days per month for meetings, training and collaboration, with coaching from a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Six years of related work experience with three years in claims handling.
• Three years in claims handling with a bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of related work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate large-loss injury claims valued over $60k.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim.
