Job summary

Progressive is seeking a claims specialist to resolve large-loss injury claims valued over $60k. You’ll investigate complex claims, consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others, and help determine coverage, liability and the total value of the claim.

This is a hybrid role with four days per month in the office for meetings, training and collaboration, plus coaching from a supportive team; in-office work is welcome more than four days per month if preferred.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling
• Three years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree
• Five years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk large-loss injury claims (valued over $60k).
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Assist in determining coverage, liability and the total value of the claim.
