Qualifications

• Multi-state claims licensing required; New York licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of General Liability, Construction Defect and Professional Liability claims from first notice through resolution.
• Draft clear, well-reasoned coverage position letters independently.
• Coordinate and oversee complex or litigated claims, with emphasis on timely updates to stakeholders.
