Job summary

Coaction Global is seeking a Senior Claim Examiner to drive end-to-end management of complex Professional Liability claims, including Fidelity Bond, E&O, EPL, and D&O on primary and excess bases. You will collaborate with defense counsel and brokers to deliver timely, high-quality results.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong policy interpretation, and a focus on compliance, with opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic claims organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience handling complex Professional Liability claims.
• Strong knowledge of Fidelity Bond, E&O, EPL, and D&O claims.
• Experience coordinating with defense counsel and experts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end handling of complex Professional Liability claims including investigation, coverage analysis, reserving, and resolution.
• Evaluate and assign new claims based on complexity, jurisdiction, and expertise.
• Lead claim review meetings and provide insights to stakeholders.
