Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate Life Agent/Broker-Dealer professional liability claims.
• Collaborate with insureds and defense counsel on strategy and resolution.
• Handle claim investigation from notice of loss through final resolution.
• Communicate coverage positions and draft coverage letters as needed.
• Prepare reports and recommend reserve changes.
• Travel to conferences, mediations and client meetings as necessary.
