Job summary

Davies North America, part of Davies Group, seeks a Senior Complex Claims Consultant / Claims Counsel. You will manage high-severity EPL, Professional Liability, and GL claims, provide coverage analysis and strategy, and coordinate with carriers and outside counsel.

The role focuses on EPL and Professional Liability with exposure to BOP/GL within program structures. Ideal candidates hold a JD or 7–10+ years senior claims experience, active adjuster licenses, and proven negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of senior-level EPL/Professional Liability claims experience.
• Active adjuster licenses and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with coverage analysis and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Review EPL, Professional Liability, BOP, and GL policies and endorsements.
• Analyze coverage issues and draft coverage position letters.
• Oversee complex claims investigations and determine liability/damages.
• Negotiate settlements and manage reserves within guidelines.
