Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Professional Liability claims handling experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex and/or litigated liability claims.
• Strong understanding of coverage analysis, liability evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and settlement practices.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and evaluating claim exposure across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to independently manage a complex caseload and competing priorities.

This position is ideal for a claims professional with strong Professional Liability experience who is comfortable handling litigated matters, analyzing coverage, evaluating exposure, and working closely with attorneys and other involved parties.

This is a remote opportunity; however, preference is for candidates to reside in the Southern California area.

• $110,000 - $125,000 (depending on experience) plus annual bonus
