Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and claims experience.
• 8+ years of commercial casualty claims experience.
• Experience with New York contractor claims and NY Labor Law exposures preferred.
• Strong coverage analysis, drafting, and complex claim resolution.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of complex commercial casualty claims.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims with significant damages.
• Analyze policies and prepare coverage position letters.
• Direct litigation strategy with defense counsel and manage trials.
• Maintain reserves and communicate with insureds and brokers.
