Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a highly capable Senior Coordinator to join our Financial Administration team and work from our Omaha office, with Albany option. The role reports to a Claims Manager in Albany and involves providing specialized financial functions to ensure efficient workflows and compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of operational support in insurance/finance contexts.
• 6+ years of administrative or related experience (as applicable).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, provide complex operational support to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure 100% tax and compliance reporting deadlines are met.
• Diagnose issues, resolve inquiries, and deliver specialized support as a subject matter expert.
• Drive process improvements by analyzing and enhancing workflow and documentation systems.
• Prepare and deliver reports, maintain accurate tax-related documentation, and reconcile various lines of business.
