Responsibilities

• Independently manages highly complex claims with significant financial exposure.
• Negotiate settlements on the company’s largest and most sensitive losses.
• Provide strategic consultation on large claim handling and cross-jurisdiction consistency.
• Maintain ongoing communication with leadership on critical claim developments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and coordinate consistent handling of large losses across jurisdictions.
• Co-adjust select cases and mentor less experienced adjusters.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, legal, agents, and vendors.
• Utilize data tools to identify trends, improve outcomes, and ensure documentation standards.
• Maintain state adjuster licenses and continue education.
