Job summary

Marshalls plc is recruiting a Design and Engineering Manager to lead the Civils & Drainage design and engineering activities. The role focuses on driving transformation, delivering engineered precast solutions, and supporting projects across the UK with travel to sites and customers as required.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations and commercial teams, ensuring safe, manufacturable and commercially viable outcomes while mentoring the design team and leading continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural engineering preferred.
• Professional accreditation such as IStructE or ICE.
• Experience in precast concrete or drainage design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering team for Civils & Drainage projects.
• Provide project and technical input to bespoke precast elements.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, manufacturing and commercial teams.
