Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience focusing on utility design and drainage.
• Experience delivering transportation, municipal, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of drainage design, stormwater management, hydrology, and hydraulics.
• Experience coordinating with utility companies and public agencies.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, OpenRoads/MicroStation, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and SWMM.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility design, coordination, and relocation efforts for infrastructure projects.
• Serve as the drainage SME on complex transportation and municipal projects.
• Prepare and review drainage studies, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and stormwater designs.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with clients, utility owners, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Support project delivery by ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Participate in proposals, client meetings, and business development activities as needed.
