Granite Construction Incorporated seeks an experienced leader to manage assigned civil projects in the Texas Civil Group, focusing on mass grading and large-scale site development. You will direct Superintendent I personnel, foremen, and craft workers, coordinating subcontractors and planning resources, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You should bring 8+ years in heavy civil construction, strong leadership, and experience with plan interpretation, GPS/GNSS workflows, and field cost

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in construction management and/or craft supervision in heavy civil construction.
• Experience leading multiple crews or concurrent civil operations; staffing and schedule coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety program across operations; coach field leaders and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate environmental compliance and SWPPP measures across active work areas.
• Direct earthwork, grading, roads, drainage, and related site work per plans and budgets.
• Develop execution and look-ahead plans; coordinate handoffs between operations.
• Direct and develop Superintendent I personnel; forecast staffing and training needs.
