Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 10+ years supervisory construction experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
• Excellent management skills.
• Experience with Caltrans projects preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide project supervision at a construction site to ensure work aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Supervise on-site functions, coordinate with scheduling, engineering and material control.
• Direct field supervisors and contractors to achieve productivity and contractual performance.
• Interface with all on-site teams to resolve problems, ensure safety and quality.
• Assist management with Work Plans, procedures and standards to meet project goals.
• Recruit and mentor staff to maintain high-performing teams and Granite standards.
