Job summary

gevernova is seeking a Lead Civil Site Engineer to manage site civil construction, foundations, utilities and security across project sites during OTR and ITO phases. The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, MEP teams and EHS to ensure QA/QC standards.

You will oversee subcontractors, prepare site reports and lead safety compliance, with travel and relocation as needed to Saudi Arabia. Fluent English and a civil engineering degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing Site civil works at 380kV Substations and power projects.
• Strong knowledge in Civil works construction, QA/QC, and coordination with MEP/electrical activities.
• Valid driver's license and passport; right to work in KSA without sponsorship.
• Fluent English; ability to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage site civil works construction, installation, inspection, testing for buildings, foundations, utilities and security requirements during OTR and ITO phases.
• Oversee subcontractors, plan site resources, report and liaise with client, project stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Develop technical knowledge to execute construction strategy and estimate/plan resources.
• Ensure QA/QC and EHS compliance; perform QS/take-off and validate invoices.
• Prepare site reports and timely internal/external progress documentation (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Attend technical and progress meetings; ensure contractual obligations are met.
