Core States Group is seeking a Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Multi-Site to lead national teams, align delivery standards, and scale the platform for growth. You will shape client programs, build leadership depth, and ensure quality and accountability across markets and programs.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring strong business judgement and the ability to drive performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or demonstrated business leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience with client relationships and program delivery.
• Proven track record leading national client programs and scaling delivery teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen for evaluating growth opportunities and resource planning.
• Ability to lead through influence and communicate with clients, teams, and leadership.

• Lead the performance, growth, and delivery consistency of national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams.
• Strengthen delivery systems, team structures, workflows, and quality expectations.
• Build a national delivery platform that improves client confidence and competitive advantage.
• Develop high-performing teams with leadership depth to support national programs.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen national client relationships by understanding needs and improving responsiveness.
• Partner with client leaders and technical teams to support program delivery and opportunities.
• Drive execution across programs including scope, schedule, budget, and invoicing.
• Use data and client feedback to identify trends and improve resource planning and outcomes.
