Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Site Grading Engineer for a remote, US-based position. You will lead civil site grading for substation projects, establish standards, and accelerate delivery through automation.

Strong leadership, communication, and client relations skills are essential, and PE licensure is strongly preferred. The role involves mentoring teams, coordinating with geotechnical and surveying teams, and supporting project bids and proposals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with equivalent experience.
• PE licensure strongly preferred.
• Experience leading civil site grading for substations or similar projects is ideal.
• Strong focus on design automation and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil site grading engineering for substation projects across the US.
• Provide mentorship and direction to engineers and designers.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards, templates, and quality controls.
• Support permitting, hydrology/hydraulic analyses, and earthwork calculations.
• Drive design automation initiatives and scalable processes across the department.
