Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience with client relationships, team leadership, program delivery.
• Proven success leading national client programs and scaling delivery teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen for evaluating growth, staffing, and resources.
• Deep understanding of civil engineering delivery for multi-site, national programs.
• Experience in civil site development, land development, infrastructure, or related markets.
• Ability to influence, build trust, align teams, and communicate with clients and leadership.
• Experience identifying practical uses for company-approved AI tools to improve processes.
• Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy and protect confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, growth, and delivery consistency of national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams.
• Strengthen delivery systems, team structures, workflows, and quality expectations across national programs.
• Build a national delivery platform that strengthens client confidence and becomes a competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams with leadership depth and technical capability.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen national client relationships by understanding client needs and improving responsiveness.
• Partner with client leaders, project teams, market leaders, and technical teams to support program delivery.
• Drive consistent execution across client programs—scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, closeout.
• Use performance data and feedback to identify trends and improve outcomes.
