Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in civil site design and land development
• Proficient with Civil 3D, Bluebeam (BV), and US-3D software
• Strong drafting and technical production skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed civil site designs for private land development projects
• Create construction documents and support the permitting process
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and design staff to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Work on a mix of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
• Adapt to shifting project needs while maintaining technical accuracy and efficiency
