Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager – Civil to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a Professional Engineer (PE) with over 14 years of water resources experience, handling various projects in fisheries, dams, and hydropower.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, multi-discipline teams, and project deliverables while ensuring quality and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, with a Master’s preferred. The compensation package offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000 and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in civil engineering and/or hydraulic engineering.
• 7+ years as a Project Manager preferred.
• PE Required; NCEES registration preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with projects related to water resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Manage multi-discipline teams to deliver water resources projects.
• Evaluate planning, design, and construction services for various projects.
