Sustainability Engineering Group (SEG) in Phoenix seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects from concept to completion. You’ll own planning, design, budgets, and client relationships with a focus on sustainable, precise delivery.

You’ll mentor engineers, ensure compliance with codes and environmental standards, and contribute to proposals and business development from SEG leadership. This hybrid role offers visibility and impact in shaping Arizona skylines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET‑accredited program.
• 6+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with land development.
• Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams and successful project delivery.
• Strong technical fluency in civil design principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Client‑first instincts and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Experience contributing to proposals, presentations, and winning work.

Mansioni

• Own the planning, design, and execution of land development projects — grading, drainage, roadway, and utility design — from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts to keep delivery on time and on target.
• Be the client's go-to person — building trust and turning one project into a long‑term relationship.
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
