Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Senior Project Manager in Arizona to lead multidisciplinary LAND development projects. You will oversee client relationships, project financials, and successful delivery for high-profile developments such as Halo Vista and Teravalis.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with engineers and planners, and ensure adherence to local regulations while driving profitability and timely delivery from our Phoenix, West Valley, or Gilbert offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Professional licensure in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience in land development, required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and mentorship of junior staff.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for communications.
• Attention to detail with analytical and judgment capabilities.
• Construction oversight, preferred.
• Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
• Advanced technical skills in stormwater management and site development designs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and budgets to satisfy clients and control costs.
• Identify project teams, work packages, tasks, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure quality control/assurance on all projects.
• Oversee work and productivity on assigned projects.
• Lead proposals and support business development.
• Hold team meetings and manage scope changes with clients.
• Collaborate with departments to troubleshoot problems.
• Mentor project managers and staff in best practices.
• Adhere to Health and Safety SOPs.
• Review timesheets and evaluate employee performance.
