Sustainability Engineering Group (SEG) in Phoenix seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects from concept to completion. You’ll own planning, design, budgets, and client relationships with a focus on sustainable, precise delivery.

You’ll mentor engineers, ensure compliance with codes and environmental standards, and contribute to proposals and business development from SEG leadership. This hybrid role offers visibility and impact in shaping Arizona skylines.

• 6+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with land development.

You’ll take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion, working directly with clients who value sustainability-minded design as much as technical precision. RequirementsWhat You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program (Master’s or MBA a plus, not required).
• 6+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a strong focus on land development.
• A track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
• Deep technical fluency in civil design principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Client‑first instincts — the ability to listen, translate needs into solutions, and keep relationships strong.
• Comfort contributing to business development: proposals, presentations, and winning work.
